Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
- We are proud to offer shipping to all 50 states within the United States of America.
- Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders of less than $100, or free for orders over $100.
- We primarily use UPS for our shipping services, but may occasionally use USPS when it is a more economical option.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
- Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days.
- We ship orders Monday-Saturday, excluding US national holidays.
International Shipping
- Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the order, the size of the order, the distance to the shipping destination, and any applicable customs fees. This cost and delivery timeframe will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Methods
- We currently only offer standard shipping. We may offer expedited shipping options in the future.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Packaging
- We take care to package your candles securely to prevent damage during shipping. We use custom-designed cardboard packaging for our glass candle containers. For larger orders, we may use a combination of bubble wrap and packing peanuts to ensure the safety of your items. Room sprays and car scent diffusers are packaged in sealed bags to prevent leaks.
- Packages containing fragile items will be clearly marked as "Fragile."
Lost or Damaged Packages
- All shipments are insured through our carriers (UPS and USPS).
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@rusticcharmcandles.com. We will assess the damage and determine whether to file a claim with the carrier or replace the damaged product(s).
Returns and Exchanges
- Please note that we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. Read more about this in our return policy.
Important Notes
- While we strive to ship orders promptly, please allow for potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.
- We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied to international orders.
