We take pride in handcrafting each candle to order, ensuring a unique and high-quality experience. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We strive for accuracy in our scent descriptions and carefully test each batch to ensure you receive the exact fragrance you ordered. However, as each product is hand-poured, slight variations in color may occur.

Please note that soy wax can sometimes develop a "frosted" appearance. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and does not affect the performance or fragrance of your candle. If you'd like to restore its smooth appearance, gently warm the frosted area with a hairdryer from a few inches away.
